My legal experience includes clerking at the Court of King’s Bench and working in the tax and estates groups of a top-tier national law firm. After several years practicing tax law, I realized I much preferred helping individuals and families navigate the important but often overwhelming tasks of estate planning, probate and estate administration.
I have represented clients before the Court of King’s Bench on matters involving estate disputes, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney, and adult guardianship; however, my focus is on designing proactive, thoughtful estate plans that help families avoid court involvement whenever possible.
In 2024, I founded ACW Legal to create a practice built on accessibility, personal connection, and flexibility—allowing me to spend more time with my family while offering clients a more approachable and affordable experience. I value working closely with clients and providing guidance without the pressure of billable-hour targets
